HANDCRAFTED FILMS

This past weekend officially kicked off our regular season, wedding season! We headed up to Northern Virginia to celebrate with Tommy + Erin on Saturday! We were afraid we might have to battle against rainstorms all day, but instead, we were graced with the most beautiful overcast skies which was a dream! The only real battle we faced was competing for shooting locations because it was also prom weekend, haha! But when there’s a bride in tow, everyone is willing to move aside so the newly married couple can take some of their most cherished photos!! I mean, look at this! Also, just envision twenty teenagers standing around with their parents watching this photo happen…#reallife!

We loved working alongside our good friends, Matt + Kristi of Kristi McKeag Photography! See more sneak peeks of their photos here.

Tommy and Erin are so sweet together! They officially met online when Erin’s sister “winked” at Tommy without her knowing. I think that’s like a digital version of “setting someone up,” right?! But, with that, Tommy inquired about going on a date with Erin. And the rest as they say, is history!

Before their wedding day, Erin told me that they envisioned their dream wedding being a celebration that a one year old or an 85 year old would both enjoy! They wanted it to be fun and focused on everyone enjoying themselves as they celebrated the beginning of their new life together as husband and wife!

Well, after you watch this little sneak peek, I think you’ll agree that they definitely accomplished that! I mean, just watch 0.54! Erin is a teacher and the mascots from both of the schools that she’s taught at showed up!! How fun is that?!

Enjoy this sneak peek of their beautiful day! We can’t wait to share their final film with you soon!
