They met in college at JMU where they lived in the same dorm their freshman year. Anisha noticed Ethan almost immediately and thought he was attractive. And then she met him for the first time and realized he was equally just as nice and kind. They remained friends for a few years and eventually started dating their junior year. After almost 6 years of dating, their big day finally arrived – the day they would say “I do” forever.
This wedding was so special to me. Ethan and I are cousins and I have many memories with him growing up. Our parents were best friends and we spent a lot time together as kids. So when he reached out about about their wedding day, Ty and I were 100% in!!

There’s something so uniquely special about attending a wedding of a family member. But there’s something even more special about documenting it. It’s almost like you get a private sneak peek into their relationship all day and I just love it so much!! Anisha loves Ethan dearly and it’s so obvious in the way she looks at him, interacts with him, and even in the way she talks to him. She is by far one of my most joyous brides we’ve ever had the opportunity to work with and I’m so grateful she’s now a part of the family!! I just want to bottle up her positivity and excitement for life and keep it with me for a rainy day!! You’ll see what I mean in this little sneak peek!
Congratulations Ethan and Anisha!! We love you both dearly!
