Dear Monday, Today is our “weekend”. So essentially, I’m cleaning out the attic, doing all the laundry, and running all the errands. Which basically isn’t relaxing at all. Funny how that works, haha!
Dear Airport Travel, I have a love/hate relationship with you. Like I love the convenience of getting somewhere in less than half the time that it takes to drive there. But, it also wipes me out. Anyone else get home from a day of airport travel and just feel like you have to take a marathon nap? I’m also nine times more likely to get sick after traveling through airports than I ever am on road trips. My recent trick to combat it? Elderberry syrup! I literally swear by it and take it every single day! It sounds like weird voodoo magic, but seriously, just try it!
Dear Fall Reading List, YES friends!! It’s gonna be a thing! I loved the challenge of my summer reading list so much, I’m doing a fall one! I picked up my first round of books from the library last week and have already dug in! Circle back this Friday for an in depth look into what I’ll be reading! And maybe just maybe, you’ll join in too on some of them!
Dear Annapolis, Ty and I have visited you a number of times but we’ve never explored downtown. This past weekend we shot one of Ty’s childhood friends’ weddings downtown and I LOVED it! It was so quaint, yet lively with so much to do! The next time we head back that way, we’ll have to explore more downtown for sure! Also, shout out to Davey + Krista for being the best hosts!!
Dear Ty, It’s officially starting to feel like Fall outside which means we no longer have to keep the thermostat set to 68 degrees anymore. PRAISE Him!!!
Happy Monday friends! Come back tomorrow for a sneak peek of this past weekends wedding!

The idea for Dear Monday developed from a deep love for storytelling. Letter writing kept us close in spirit though thousands of miles kept us physically apart for quite a while throughout our dating relationship. This became the foundation for what our business was built upon. The idea that “true love can go the distance”. And even the seemingly small things like a simple note here or there, two hearts can be connected and a story can be written that is so much more beautiful than our minds can simply dream up.
